The central bank of Argentina has established through the communication “A” 5394, named “Market Disciplines”, a series of requirements that involves informative dissemination in which financial entities have to exteriorize in their website, about sufficiency and evaluation processes of their capital, risk management, and the remuneration practices.

The executives of Banco Macro S.A. have established the policy of transparency information, that takes parts from the Societary government Politic, that assumes the commitment to reveal their profile of risk of the entity. Under that commitment, we disseminate information that the entity judges relevant to ensure an appropriate transparency of their management and the risk metrics needed, as well as the adequacy of its capital.
